The GUNNAR AiOX CMC represents the latest advancements in computerised mat cutting technology, featuring an either an innovative Hybrid cutting head that facilitates seamless operation for various flexible cutting applications, or a twin cutting dead for high volume production.

Key highlights of the AiOX Hybrid include its patented Hybrid cutting head technology, which allows for both bevel and straight cuts at 45° and 90° angles with automatic change-over between these angles during operation. This feature allows infinitely variable blade depth adjustment, accommodating any board thickness up to 3.5 mm without manual intervention. 

This model eliminates the need for tool or head changes, offering uninterrupted automation throughout all cutting functions.

To maximize material usage, the AiOX employs edge-to-edge cutting with button finger clamps and an optional vacuum bed to ensure zero waste. 

An optional T2 Scribe Pen Tool can also be integrated into the system for enhanced mat design capability.
